Their story

Dillon’s Small Batch is a small family-ran distillery located close to Niagara, in Ontario. Based on the need for canadian’s spirits, Dillon’s Small Batch crafts different kinds of alcohols, from white rye to unfiltred dry gin, but also, they make bitters.

Dillon's bitters have for a base their very own 100% Niagara grapes alcohol, and are mostly made from local ingredients. They are a perfect match when served with their spirits and they enhance every cocktail recipe.
